Kono Oto Tomare! (この音とまれ!, lit. Gather at This Sound!)[1][2] is a manga written and illustrated by Amyū, published in Shueisha's monthly magazine Jump Square. It began serialization on August 4, 2012, in issue 9 of the magazine.
An anime series by Platinum Vision aired from April 6, 2019 to December 29, 2019.
Plot[]

After the graduation of his upperclassmen, Takezo Kurata is the last remaining member of the Tokise High School Koto Club. Faced with the possibility of having the club disbanded, he desperately tries to look for new members with no success, until Chika Kudo, a delinquent with a troubled past, appears before him and declares that he wants to join the club. With more members joining, including a talented girl from a prestigious koto school, the club aims for Nationals.
Stage Play Adaptation[]
A stage play adaptation of the manga ran in three different venues: from August 17 to 25, 2019 at the Zenrosai Hall/Space Zero, Tokyo; from September 7 to 8, 2019 at the Momochi Palace, Fukuoka; and from September 14 to 15, 2019 at the Morinomiya Piloti Hall, Osaka.
The stage play cast include Takuma Zaiki as Chika Kudo, Kazuki Furuta as Takezo Kurata, and Hinako Tanaka as Satowa Hozuki. Naohiro Ise directed and wrote the stage play.[3]
