It's a new semester. Takezo Kurata of Tokise High School has worked hard protecting the Koto Club his seniors have entrusted to him. However, the club room has been ruined by bullies and recruitment of new members seems impossible. Chika Kudo, a student rumored to have a record with the police force, barges into the club room and declares he wants to join the club.
